nothing

I was thinking that if someone went to hell, and was made to suffer like tantalus, they'd really want to die from their misery. But they're already dead. The hopeless ages stretch out before them and they'd wanna commit suicide. But they're already dead.

I was wondering if God would let hell exist forever. If he doesn't, what would happen to all the souls there? will they just stop existing? I can't imagine ceasing to exist. It's just empty greyness. It's just nothing.
